Ginger Pork with carrots


  • Thinly sliced pork
  • Julienne carrots
  • 1 glove of minced garlic
  • Thumb sized sliced ginger
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 1 green onion/scallion (finely chopped)


  1. Add oil to pan
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté till fragrant
  3. Add carrots, stir fry till semi tender
  4. Add pork, cook till no redness is shown
  5. Add mirin, soy, sugar. If too dry, add a tbsp of water
  6. Cook till liquid is reduced
  7. Adjust with salt/sugar to personal taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped onions.

Tips: you can substitute pork for any other protein/tofu.
