*Proportion is for single served blender
- 1 cup of milk
- 0.5 cup of yogurt (I used vanilla greek yogurt)
- 0.5 cup of frozen blueberry
- Blend milk, yogurt, and blueberry
Tip 1: to save time but still preserve freshness, I use a portable blender and blend my smoothie on my way to work. I use the one from PopBabies and it’s been amazing.
Tip 2: You can add boosters such as Maca powder, Matcha powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds…etc. (approx. 2 tbsp)
