Milky Corn Soup


  • 2 cups of corn kernels/creamed corn
  • 1.5 cups of milk
  • 3 gloves of chopped garlic
  • 1 stalk of green onions
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • Salt (amount based on your preference)


  • 0.5 tsp of turmeric for color (optional)
  • 0.5 tbsp of chicken bullion/chicken (optional)


  1. Blend corn + milk together in blender
  2. Heat oil and garlic in a pot till garlic is slightly golden (medium heat)
  3. Pour blended corn + milk into the pot
  4. Set medium heat with lid on till simmer (stir frequently to prevent burning at the bottom)
  5. Add garlic, green onions, turmeric, chicken bullion
  6. Salt + sugar to taste, garnish with black pepper and herb of choice.
