Pan Fried Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 salted salmon filet

Directions

  1. Coat pan in oil
  2. Heat oil in pan, med to high heat – wait till pan reach temp and just before oil smokes.
  3. Place salmon in pan, skin side down. Leave it alone until 2/3 way cooked (approx. 4 min)
  4. Flip to the other side and leave it alone for another 4 min.

Tip: make diagonal slits on the skin side of salmon to prevent it from curling up.
