- 6 refrigerated eggs
- Boil water in a pot –
enough water to submerge most of the eggs but not the whole thing to prevent it from bouncing in the pot.ensure the eggs are submerged in water for easier peeling later.
- Drop in the eggs
- Leave water boiling for 6 min (very runny yolk), or 6.5min for less runny yolk.
- Remove and run under cold tap water to stop the cooking.
- Soak in cold water until ready to peel.
Tip: Dropping eggs in while water is boiling guarantees easy peeling.
